There is no guarantee for insurance reimbursement. That depends on each plan. Physicians have no control over what insurances companies ultimately decide to reimburse. Payment is due at the time of service and paperwork can be given to the patient to submit to their insurance.
As in all small businesses, fees and services are subject to change. The Space will not increase fees more than once per year. The Space will give you written notice of fee adjustment at least 60 days prior to change.
